[boost] boost::tuple and VC7

When we attempt to compile io_test.cpp with a newly installed copy of the 
boost includes, we get the following error:
io_test.cpp

: fatal error C1001: INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR
         (compiler file 'msc1.cpp', line 2844)

This program compiles just fine on VC6 sp5.

Apologies if this has already been reported.
