[boost] DNS and Mailman change at 1:30 EDT today

At 1:30 EDT today (Thursday, May 9) we will be switching to a new server 
and a new version of Mailman.

Both changes are supposed to be transparent, but this is a heads up just in 
case something goes wrong.

Thanks to Brian Barrett for keeping our mailing list server and software 
up-to-date.
