[boost] boost.python cross-extension-module dependencies

I am trying to get some cross-extension-module dependencies resolved. Is
there a complete example posted somewhere. I've seen the documentation
in boost.python for that specific issue but since I am new on this it's
not really clear how the export/import_converters() are used.
