[boost] limits.hpp missing support for alpha cpu

We just got this message on the LyX list:

Alpha cpu support is missing in boost/boost/detail/limits.hpp,
so I changed line 43 to:

#elif defined(__i386__) || defined(__alpha__)

So I guess it is needed here too. Again, I haven't downloaded the 1_2_X 
branch on this machine, so if you'd be so good, that'd be kind ;-)
