Looks like integer_traits needs to be ported to Solaris. Anyone volunteer
to do this?

Once integer_traits is ported, you'll probably run into more problems.
There's a bunch of boost code that is not ported to Solaris. The reason is
that traditionally the Solaris compiler was so bad that it wasn't worth
our time to try to port to it. The missing iterator_traits is a
particularly glaring failure to be conformant.
Anyone know what the latest status (conformance-wise) is on the Sun
compiler?
Cheers,
Jeremy
