[boost] Loki::Select equivalent in boost?

Hello there,

Is there an equivalent for Loki::Select (selection between two classes based
on a constant bool) in boost?  I have trawled a few mailing lists and of
course the boost website but don't seem to be able to find mention of it.

Its a very useful class so I thought there must be an equivalent in boost.
