Here's an open source XSLT processor written in C++ with downloadable
binaries.

http://xml.apache.org/xalan-c/index.html

I've used it, it's functional. There a gobs more written in every
conceivable language: C, perl, python, etc.

If the Kitware folk have a working XML 'language' for results we
should seriously think about adopting it -- no point in inventing
that wheel :-)
