Urrghh.

Jeremy asked me to post a list, so I very kindly used automated tools to
massage the list into something that tried to eliminate false positives.
However, something that I did obviously removed many of the problem lines.
So, instead of claiming I've got everything I'll let people do their own
searches. Enclosed is a more-complete list of suspect lines. DISCLAIMER: I
may have missed some, and there may be some false positives here. Do your
own searching to get the real answers!
