[boost] Formal Review: Template Metaprogramming Library (MPL)

The formal review for Aleksey Gurtovoy's Template Metaprogramming Library 
(MPL) begins today and will continue until Monday, July 29th.

The MPL library is a C++ template metaprogramming framework of compile-time 
algorithms, sequences and metafunction classes using many of the abstractions 
present in the Standard Template Library.

The MPL library may be downloaded from:
  http://www.mywikinet.com/mpl/mpl_17_jul_02.zip

Note that the library requires a recent checkout from the Boost CVS 
repository, specifically requiring very recent versions of the Boost 
Preprocessor library.

The MPL documentation may be found within the above archive and may also be 
viewed online at:
  http://www.mywikinet.com/mpl/

When submitting reviews, please state explicitly whether or not you believe 
that the library should be accepted into Boost. I will be acting as review
