[boost] test_tools.hpp includes non-existing files

The header boost/test_tools.hpp includes the following files:

    #ifdef BOOST_INCLUDE_MAIN
    #include <boost/test/cpp_main.cpp>
    #include <boost/test/test_main.cpp>
    #endif

Which do no longer exist in the current CVS version of Boost.
