RE: [boost] test_tools.hpp includes non-existing files

For one thing there is no such file as boost/test_tools.hpp
For second boost/test/test_tools.hpp does not include those lines anymore,
since we switched to Boost.Test v2.

The header boost/test_tools.hpp includes the following files:

    #ifdef BOOST_INCLUDE_MAIN
    #include <boost/test/cpp_main.cpp>
    #include <boost/test/test_main.cpp>
    #endif

Which do no longer exist in the current CVS version of Boost.
