Agreed, but I think the original question dealt with a different problem. The
question as I understand it is : "Is it ok to provide a stable (review)
version by only providing a tag". Personally I have not made up my mind yet.
This certainly makes it harder to get at the reviewed library. Yes, it is not
that hard but it is another problem to deal with (read another manual to
read).
What about a tag is ok as long as an archive(zip) is provided in the files
section?
