Can you provide enough information to calculate the interval constants.

Is this for IBM 390?

I have some information from the attached web site.

the attached .gif gives the layout, but it is not clear if it uses a hidden
bit or not.

Is the value of numeric_limits<>::digits and digits10 amd radix defined
for these?

Does the radix make any difference to calculating the
intervals which seem to me to depend only on the number of significand bits?

Expert guidance needed here please.
