[boost] VC7.0 now ICEing in alignment_traits.hpp

In today's Win32 regression test, a bunch of tests are now failing because 
of a VC++ 7.0 ICE in alignment_traits.hpp.

Since it has been awhile since alignment_traits.hpp itself changed, someone 
will have to dig a little deeper to see what is happening.
