Actually, it's possible to browse the documentation and sources straigh from
the CVS archive.
Try the following link:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/boost-sandbox/boos
t-sandbox/libs/filesystem/doc/index.htm
You get there by choosing to browse the CVS archive, then downloading the
file.
