That's because the links are relative, and only the docs were uploaded to
the files section.

Thus anyone who wants to do more that just read the docs would have to
download all the files via either the .zip file or the sandbox CVS.

It seemed to me that having the docs online directly would encourage people
to at least take a brief look at a library. It seemed impractical to make a
whole library available in the files section. Particularly with the sandbox
so easy to download.

Maybe there is a way to do a "release" of the sandbox CVS so it appears as
a web site hosted by SourceForge. That would allow full browsing of all
files. The current approach works fairly well, but it would be good to
encourage more people to submit formal reviews, too.
