Naw, just call the iterator type directory_iterator_t, and call the object
factory directory_iterator().
Yes, we need a way to write constructors with iterator_adaptor. Coming
soon.
Or, you can handcraft your iterator type if you like. That sounds like what
you're gonna do anyway.
