That's correct, IIRC.  The compiler status tools are not very smart; they 
are a stopgap until (1) V2 of Boost.Build is ready, at which time they will 
have to be reworked anyhow, and (2) the final form of the Boost Filesystem 
Library is available, so we have a stable base to work from.
