AFAICS, Terje's program is correctly detecting it. I agree to the rest
of the discussion that this should be stable and independent of compiler
flags. The "broken" NRVO of the Intel compiler is not a problem for
operators.hpp, as it returns 'T' instead of 'const T', so the test
matches the current use of the NRVO. Thanks Terje.
