Hubert, your code does not include <boost/config.hpp> so no boost macros
will ever be set will they?
And yes the macros should be all set correctly - the config test cases are
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
