[boost] Review Request: I/O Manipulators and Adaptors

Could we arrange a review of the I/O stuff I currently have in the 
sandbox?  The files are:

boost/io_fwd.hpp [updated]
libs/io/doc/array_stream.html
libs/io/doc/index.html [updated]
libs/io/doc/iomanip.html
libs/io/doc/streambuf_wrapping.html
libs/io/test/array_stream_test.cpp
libs/io/test/iomanip_test.cpp

Of course, now is the time for people to notify me of errors or 
omissions.
