It should be caught by the:

      // POSIX version 2 requires <dirent.h>
#     if defined(_POSIX_VERSION) && (_POSIX_VERSION >= 199009L)
#        define BOOST_HAS_DIRENT_H
#     endif

clause in posix_features.hpp, however since changes to the config files
don't trigger dependency changes that bjam can detect, this may be showing
up in the status tables yet.
