* PRB with type_traits::is_member_function_pointer
   Would prefer John Maddock or someone else more familiar with type
   traits regeneration make this change.

I think Aleksey wrote that I would prefer him to make the changes as I'm not
familiar with the pp lib usage.

* [config] BOOST_DEDUCED_TYPENAME
   Status currently unknown. John? Aleksey?

Dave A. introduced the macro I would prefer him to change it as he knows
what's required - or have I nissed something?

* [Boost.Regex] [PATCH] Fix GCC 3.3 warnings from Lars Gullik Bjønnes
   Awaiting response from John.
