Additionally, this LIB is referenced in the LIB/DLL produced by the BCB5.MAK
file supplied with boost.

That's not a Boost library. It's a Borland library. On my machine, it is in
a directory called \Program Files\Borland\CBuilder6\Lib.

You might want to ask this sort of question on the Boost users list -
