More information:
I decided to nuke my boost folder and check out from scratch.
Here's what I get:

>U boost/tools/regression/detail/tiny_xml.hpp

>U boost/tools/regression/detail/tiny_xml_test.txt
>cvs server: Updating libs
>
and again, nothing.

Is anyone else seeing this, or am I the only one?
