The filesystem fixes have now been committed to CVS. Some of the Win32
tests are still failing for certain compilers (see
http://boost.sourceforge.net/regression-logs/) but I fairly certain that
those problems are kinks in the iterator adaptor library. They should
disappear as iterator_facade fixes get made.
