So a schedule might look something like the following?

    -- 1.30.1 - Selected bug fixes only (details up to release manager).
                Schedule: a week or two from now

    -- 1.31.0 - New library, breaking interface changes, many fixes.
                Schedule: TBA, but work is basically already well underway.
