SMART_ASSERT library implements BOOST_HAS_CURRENT_FUNCTION equivalent (it
would be ugly to print out the default text).

If not covered yet: MSVC 7 can be added
(http://aspn.activestate.com/ASPN/Mail/Message/1647745) as well as HP aCC
(http://aspn.activestate.com/ASPN/Mail/Message/1647818).
