Hello

An automated tool is nice but i personally think that it does not take much
additional time to add a quick list to the changelog once a patch has been
excepted. Infact, if I understand everything correctly, boost requires that
features be approved so its already been wrote out and its just a matter of
some light editing (or removing) and you should be able to cut and past it
into the cvs Changelog file.
