Can't comment on the VC7, but it's not the only broken compiler. Borland
seems to have a similar problem. If no one finds a work-around, the
question is how to handle this. How about separated regression tests for
bool_testable to indicate that everything from the 1.30.0 still works,
only the new parts are not available on all compilers?
