I added the test and modified libs/utility/test/Jamfile. From the docs I
read this should be OK, but the file contains this line:

# Testing Jamfile autogenerated from XML source

I grepped to find an appropriate source and search the documentation, but
I couldn't find anything. Hope I haven't missed something :-/
