I hadn't actually committed the fix at the time I posted the message. Didn't
think you'd be getting my reply so soon.

The fixed header should be using BOOST_EXPLICIT_TEMPLATE_TYPE_SPEC (with the
important part being the trailing _SPEC). Also, make sure you get an updated
version of config/suffix.hpp.

Of course, if it *still* doesn't work, then let me know.
