We can do that. Is there any info on how to use Boost.Build v2 to
build BoostBook?

I've downloaded Milestone 6 zipball and built bjam.  Then I ran bjam
in boostbok/doc directory:

  cd boost\tools\boostbook\doc\ 
  bjam --v2  

And this is what I've got:

  D:\boost6\main\boost\tools\build\kernel\bootstrap.jam:43: in boost-build
  rule NORMALIZE_PATH unknown in module
  D:\boost6\main\boost\boost-build.jam:12: in module scope
