Summary: Building Mac Carbon Threads

Initial Comment:
I am looking for some instructions on how to build the Mac 

Carbon Boost Thread Library. I can seem to build using the 

darwin toolset but I dont know how to build the Mac Carbon 

Thread Library. I would like to get a static library I could 

link into my application. Is there a codewarrior project out 

there?? I have used bjam but maybe I am using the wrong 

one?? If somebody could tell me what parameters I need to 

send to bjam to get it to build the Mac Carbon version of 

Boost Threads so I can run it both under OS 9 and OS X 

from the same application.
