That's because I included the wrong version of the makefile.
You shouldn't see the shared_ptr test targets. ;)  But does
everything else build?  Try:

make all

The problem you see is because I did not include the
boost policies header because I'm still working on it,
though you can see a very ancient version of it in the
sandbox.  You'll have to wait a while before those are
ready (maybe months, even!).
