Thank you very much.  
I asked because, even though there have been efforts to fully implement
SFNINAE in g++, there might be some bugs still lurking there (at
least, Peter Dimov's port of binders to decltype exercised some corner
cases we didn't get right).  It would helpful if they were reported as
soon as possible.
