None, now that I understand it does nothing on g++.  The reason
I wanted to understand it was because I couldn't get my
refcycle_counted code to compiler and was hoping a better
understanding of MPL_AUX_LAMBDA_SUPPORT would reveal
what I should do to get compilation.  The problem lies
elsewhere.
