Nope, but it's a good question, I should have brought that up when we were
discussing the license. There are a number of other places where this
occurs as well: the graph lib has some GNU copyright lexer-produced files,
and mpl has some pre-processed files with a similar problem to the config
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
