Okay, fair enough. But can we put them in, say, boost/config/abi_prefix.hpp
and boost/config/abi_suffix.hpp? The boost/ header directory is getting
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
