Unfortunately I am quite busy at the moment to design/implement boost-wide
solution, but I am willing to apply any solution that will be proposed (In
worst case I could prohibit manipulators support for this compiler this
should clear compilation errors).

I do not think it Boost.Test Issue. There was some discussion either. I do
not have an access to this compiler but I am waiting for resolution.
