[boost] Do we still care about file names > 31 characters?

The original motivation for limiting file names to 31 characters or less 
was the classic Mac O/S.

Does anyone care anymore? There are currently 30 files in CVS with long 
names. See below.

Unless someone objects strongly, I'm going to eliminate the name length 
requirement.
