[boost] [test][build] Building Boost.Test shared libs on Mac OS X

It appears that someone reported a problem building shared libs under 
Mac OS X for the Boost.Test library.  I am curious if anyone else has 
encountered this problem.  I just got hit with it and am considering 
investigating, but not before I check if someone fixed it locally and 
hasn't reported it.
