I haven't examined the library in detail yet, but I have a brief
comment. It looks like the links to the headers and examples only work
if the 'doc' directory is moved into the same directory as the top-level
'boost' and 'libs' directory. I think it would be easier for people to
review if you would zip the source and the docs together, using the
conventional directory structure.
