I haven't examined the library in detail yet. However, it looks like the
links to the headers and examples only work if the 'doc' directory is moved
into the same directory as the top-level 'boost' and 'libs' directory. I
think it would be easier for people to review if you would zip the source
and the docs together, using the conventional directory structure.
