OK, thanks. Metrowerks was still failing, so I've just checked in fixes for
a missing std:: and three 2-phase name lookup errors.

Now passing on all the late-model Win32 compilers. I assume failures on
Borland, VC++ 6.0 and 7.0 are expected.
