Well, you're right; I handn't noticed that. I should carefully look
through an entire thread before issuing any sanctions. It seems that
nobody was exempt from stepping over the line of civility. I'm not
sure whether to apologize to Mr. Landry or give Mr. Scabel a similar
sanction, or both, so...
1. Sorry, everybody (especially Walter)!
2. Everybody please cool it!

Well, it was amusing, but I don't think the obtuseness was neccessary.

I don't know if I can answer that in the form it's posed.
On which compilers? With or without changes to Mr Scabels code?
Where can I get a look to see if he's done something needlessly
inefficient?
