One thing that might be nice to do for 1.31.0 is to update all the 
copyright notices to use the new Boost copyright. A quick search through 
the Boost.Thread library shows that permission to do this will be needed 
from the following:

        William E. Kempf (Win32 and POSIX implementations, other)

        Mac Murrett (Mac implementation)

        David Moore (rw_mutex, barrier, thread_pool)

If you are one of these, are you willing to do this? If you know how to 
contact one of these who isn't regularly on this list, could you please 
let me know how (off list)?
