This is probably going to be unfixable then - I tested with cygwin bjam and
the -mno-cygwin compiler option - however as soon as I switched to windows
based bjam I got the same error as you did! The problem is the
final -lboost_regex-mgw-mt-d-1_31, and I don't know how to suppress that.
