I wanted to leave those around long enough to steal material from them
for the new docs.

I believe this one is testing stuff provided by the operators
library. I don't know more about it than that.

These are Ron Garcia's; I don't know a thing about them. If they're
not referenced in any Jamfile they should definitely go. But then,
boost/shared_container_iterator.hpp would have to go as well. Is
this a part of some library we accepted?
