[boost] Win32 tests being rerun

Ignore the Win32 results for intel-win32, msvc, vc7, and vc7.1 in the 
regression tests just posted. I stupidly ran them with the bjam -j2 switch, 
which causes compiles to run in parallel. A nice speedup, but it causes the 
bjam log file to mix results from different tests, invalidating the status 
table.

I'm rerunning now, but it will take several hours.
